Rates & Options

The plan shows the standard hall layout for an evening party and would seat 100 guests comfortably.  The hall can easily accommodate larger numbers, however, with all clients having differing requirements we prefer to discuss layouts for larger numbers with the client at time of booking.

For an afternoon wedding reception with meal the hall layout would be much different and would include a top table. 

During the summer months the side doors may be opened to allow guests access to the lawn.

Our clients are welcome to decorate the hall and tables to provide a party atmosphere.

The Rugby Club has its own car park providing adequate free parking for guests and there is disabled access to the main entrance.

The Rugby Club does not provide catering but a list of caterers local to the area can be provided on request.

Additional costs may be incurred for use of helium for balloons, tablecloths, kitchen facilities and corkage, should you wish to bring wine or champagne for toasts, etc.

For smaller functions or meetings it is possible to hire the Turner lounge only or to partition off part of the hall.  We are also able to accommodate events which require theatre style seating.
